ASOR/EPHE-PSL European symposium is co-organized by two committee chairs:

She is also the chair of ASOR European Membership and Outreach sub-committee for Europe. Since 2016 (2016-2019), she has been co-organizing sessions at international conferences on violence and digital humanities for the studies of ancient Near Eastern and neighboring regions. In 2018, she has co-edited a volume on digital practices, CyberResearch on the Ancient Near East and Neighboring Regions Case Studies on Archaeological Data, Objects, Texts, and Digital Archiving (Brill, DBS series).
- Randall W. Younker, Professor (Archaeology and History of Antiquity), Director of Ph.D. (Biblical and Ancient Near Eastern Archaeology) Program at Andrews University, and Director of the Institute of Archaeology. He is also chair of ASOR Membership and Outreach committee.
The two main partners of the scientific event are the American Schools of Oriental Research (ASOR) and the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes (EPHE). In 2016, both have signed a memorendum of collaboration, among other for the organization of scientific events, as the first European ASOR/EPHE symposium.
